- Raw mango..............4nos
- Chopped ginger........1tbsp
- Chopped garlic.........1tbsp
- Chopped green chilly.5nos
- Curry leaves spring....2 springs
- Kashmiri chili powder.2tbsps
- Turmeric powder.........2pinch
- Fenugreek seed powder.1/4tsp
- Hing ..............................3pinch
- Salt...............................to taste
- Mustard seed...............1/2tsp

STEPS
- Wash mangoes and cut them into small pieces with skin.
- Add salt as required, combine well, keep aside for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when they pop up add curry leaves,ginger,garlic and green chillies. Saute for couple of minutes.
- Make a paste with red chilly powder and turmeric powder by adding some water and add to the pan, Saute till the raw smell is evaporated.
- Add 3/4 cup of hot water and bring to boil, sim until it is thick.
- Switch off the flame and add fenugreek powder,hing and mango pieces (when it is till hot),then you can add Viniger, combine well and allow to cool. transfer it into a glass jar and better start to serve after 2 days.
