INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked basmati rice...3cups
- Frozen mixed veg.......3/4cup
- Chopped onion...........1no
- Chicken breast............1no
- Egg .............................2nos
- Soy sauce ...................2tbsp
- Pepper powder.............3/4tsp
- Chopped spring onion.4tbsp
- Oil ................................4tbsp
- Salt..............................as required
FOR MARINATION:
- Soy sauce.................1tbsp
- Pepper powder.........1/4tsp
- Corn flour..................2tbsp
STEPS:
- Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces.
- Marinate the chicken with above mentioned ingredients and keep aside.
- Cook vegetables with required salt and little water.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, add marinated chicken and fry until it is done.
- In the same oil add chopped onion, saute until light brown,then add cracked eggs and scramble it.
- Now add cooked vegetable,spring onion and fried chicken, Saute well.
- Then add half of cooked rice ,1tbsp of soy sauce and pepper powder combine well.Then add little by little cooked rice, soy sauce and pepper powder, mix well.
- Fried rice is ready to serve....Enjoy..!!!!!!
