Chicken fried rice



SUMMARY:

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooked basmati rice...3cups
  • Frozen mixed veg.......3/4cup
  • Chopped onion...........1no
  • Chicken breast............1no
  • Egg .............................2nos
  • Soy sauce ...................2tbsp
  • Pepper powder.............3/4tsp
  • Chopped spring onion.4tbsp
  • Oil ................................4tbsp
  • Salt..............................as required

FOR MARINATION:

  • Soy sauce.................1tbsp
  • Pepper powder.........1/4tsp
  • Corn flour..................2tbsp


STEPS:

  1. Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken with above mentioned ingredients  and keep aside.
  3. Cook vegetables with required salt and little water.
  4. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, add marinated chicken and fry until it is done.
  5. In the same oil add chopped onion, saute until light brown,then add cracked eggs and scramble it.
  6. Now add cooked vegetable,spring onion and fried chicken, Saute well.
  7. Then add half of cooked rice ,1tbsp of soy sauce and pepper powder combine well.Then add little by little cooked rice, soy sauce and pepper powder, mix well.
  8. Fried rice is ready to serve....Enjoy..!!!!!!
