- Chopped ginger...11/2tbsp
- Chopped garlic ...11/2tbsp
- Chopped cilantro.2tbsp
- Coriander powder.2tbsp

- Turmeric powder..1/4tsp
- Garam masala.......1/2tsp
- Fennel powder......1/2tsp
- Pepper powder......1/2tsp
- Salt .......................to taste
- Thin coconut milk.1cup
- Thick coconut milk.1/2cup
- Coconut oil...........4tbsp
FOR MARINATION:
- Kashmir chilly powder.3/4tsp
- Turmeric powder.........1/4tsp
- Fennel powder...........1/2tsp
- Salt ............................to taste
STEPS:
- Clean the chicken,cut into small pieces wash well and pat dry.
- Marinate the chicken with above mentioned ingredients and keep aside for 20minutes.
- Peel and cut the patato into cubes.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry marinated chicken and potato cubes, keep aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan add sliced onion,chopped ginger garlic,green chillies and curry leaves,saute till onion is light golden brown.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and salt stir well,cook until tomato is done.
- Then add all masalas, saute for couple of minutes,when its raw smell is gone add thin coconut milk and fried chicken, cover the pan and cook in sim for 3 to5 minutes.
- Finally add thick coconut milk and fried potato cubes.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro,switch off the flame.Tasty and yummy chicken roast is ready to serve........Enjoy.....!!!!!!!
