INGREDIENTS
- Chopped ginger....1cup
- Chopped green chilly....9nos
- Curry leaves ....few
- Tamarind..... big lemon size
- Chilly powdder....1tsp
- Turmeric powder....1/4tsp
- Water......11/2cup
- Hing.....small piece
- Jaggery cubes.....11/2
- Coconut oil....3tsps
FOR SEASONING
- Curry leaves..... few
- Mustard seed....1/2tsp
- Red chilly....3nos
- Coconut oil....1tsp
STEPS
- Soak tamarind in water.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan add ginger, green chillies, and curry leaves, fry them until golden brown.
- Pour tamarind juice into it and mix well.
- Add jaggery to it , keep on fire till its boil.
- Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and hing, stir continuously till it become thick.
- When it is done seasoning it.
