Malabar mutta surka

This is a malabar dish.It can be serve with chicken,mutton, and fish curries as break fast or dinner.

 INGREDIENTS 

  •  Raw rice....................2cups
  • Rice ...........................3/4cup
  •  Egg............................2nos
  •  Salt..........................to taste
  •  Water.......................as required
  •  Oil.......................... for frying

 STEPS

  1.  Soak raw rice in water for four hours, then wash and drain it.
  2.  Take a blender add all ingredients except oil and make a smooth paste with very little water(like idly batter).
  3.  Heat oil in a pan, pour a big spoon full of batter, when it is fluffy,turn around and deep fry until golden brown.
