INGREDIENTS
- Raw rice....................2cups
- Rice ...........................3/4cup

STEPS
- Soak raw rice in water for four hours, then wash and drain it.
- Take a blender add all ingredients except oil and make a smooth paste with very little water(like idly batter).
- Heat oil in a pan, pour a big spoon full of batter, when it is fluffy,turn around and deep fry until golden brown.
