INGREDIENTS
For filling
- Ripe banana (kerala nedra pazham)......2nos.
- Grated jaggery....................3tbsp.
- Scraped coconut................1cup.
- Cardamom powder............1/4tsp
For batter
- Atta.......1cup
- Sugar.....2tsp
- Salt.........1 pinch
- Baking soda....1pinch
- Water.....as required.
STEPS
1. Steam the bananas remove the skin, black seeds and smash it.
2. Add all the ingredients for filling to the smashed banana.
3. Mix well with hand , make small balls and keep aside.
4. Mix all the ingredients for batter and make a thick batter.
5. Dip the balls in the batter, deep fry until it turns golden brown.
6. Serve hot with tea .
