- Avocado (butter fruit)...1 medium size
- Sugar....................2tbsps
- Chilled milk.........21/2cups
- Horlicks.................1tbsp
- Ice cube................6cubes
- Cut the avocado and deseed it, scoop out the pulp from skin with a spoon.
- Take a blender, add avocado pulp, sugar,chilled milk, horlicks and ice cubes.
- Blend it until completely smooth, add chilled milk and suger as per your consistency and sweetness.
