INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg Beef
- 1 Medium size onion
- 1 Tomato
- Curry leaves
- 1.5 Tbspns ginger garlic paste
- 2 Crushed green chillies
- 6 Crushed shallot
- 11/2 Tblspns coriander powder
- 1 tblspn Chilly powder
- fennal seed powder 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tblspn Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup of Coconut cut into small pieces
- as required Coconut oil
STEPS
- Clean and cut the beef into small pieces.
- Marinate the beef with all the ingredients mentioned above, except coconut oil.
- Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Cook in a pressure cooker on a medium flame without water for 2- 3 whistles or until done.
- Heat up a frying pan with curry leaves and oil in it.
- Saute the preapred beef in the frying pan until the beef is dark brown.
- Serve hot...... Enjoy!!!!!!
