Mutton bhuna ghost (Dhaba style)

Hi friends
Today's my recipe is Mutton bhuna ghost (Dhaba style), it is very simple and yummy.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Mutton.....................1kg 
  • Ginger garlic paste...2tsps
  • Chopped onion.........2nos
  • Tomato.....................3nos
  • Turmeric powder.......1/2tsp
  • Chilly powder............11/2tsp
  • Cumin owdper...........11/2tsp
  • Coriander powder......11/2tsp
  • Garam masala..........1/4tsp
  • Green chilly................2nos
  • Oil.............................4tbsp
  • Cinnamon.................1nos
  • Black cardamom.......2nos
  • Cardamom................5nos
  • Cloves.......................6nos
  • Star anise..................1nos
  • Red chilly...................2nos
  • Pepper corn...............8nos
  • Salt ........................to taste
  • Cilantro...................3tbsps
STEPS:
  1. Clean and wash mutton and cut into medium pieces.
  2. Make puree with tomato and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a thick bottom vessel, add all whole masalas, finely chopped onion and red chilly, saute until light brown.
  4. Now add mutton and fry for 5 minutes, then add turmeric powder ,chilly powder, cumin power, coriander powder, garam masala,  ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and crushed green chilly, saute it for couple of minutes.
  5. Then add one cup of water, stir well, cover the vessel with a lid and cook in slow sim up to 45 minutes, keep stirring  and make sure the gravy is thick (you can do pressure cook, but more tasty when you slow cook).
  6. Mutton bhuna ghost is ready, garnish with cilantro and serve warm.......Enjoy!!!!!
