INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken 1/2kg
- Oil ......................for deep fry
FOR GRINDING:
- Chicken masala......1tbsp
- Kashmir chilly........1tbsp
- Turmeric powder.....1/4tsp
- Garam masala..........1/2tsp
- Pepper powder.........1/4tsp
- Fennel powder ........1/4tsp
- Shallots ...................6nos
- Curry leaves ............2springs
- Ginger garlic paste...1tbsp
- Green chilly..............2nos
- Salt ...........................to taste
- Lemon juice .............2tbsp
STEPS:
- Cut the chicken into medium size pieces,wash well and pat dry.
- Grind all above mentioned ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces,keep aside for 30minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep bottom pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in medium flame until golden brown or until it is done.
