Nadan kozhi porichathu (chicken fry)

Today's recipe is nadan kozhi porichathu (chicken fry).please try this recipe and send feedback.





SUMMARY:

  • Cooking time......10minutes
  • Total time ...........20minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken               1/2kg
  • Oil ......................for deep fry

FOR  GRINDING:

  • Chicken masala......1tbsp
  • Kashmir chilly........1tbsp
  • Turmeric powder.....1/4tsp
  • Garam masala..........1/2tsp
  • Pepper powder.........1/4tsp
  • Fennel powder ........1/4tsp
  • Shallots ...................6nos
  • Curry leaves ............2springs
  • Ginger garlic paste...1tbsp
  • Green chilly..............2nos
  • Salt ...........................to taste
  • Lemon juice .............2tbsp

STEPS:

  1. Cut the chicken into medium size pieces,wash well and pat dry.
  2. Grind all above mentioned ingredients and marinate the chicken pieces,keep aside for 30minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a deep bottom pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in medium flame until golden brown or until it is done.
  4. Enjoy nadan chicken fry....!!!!!!!
