Easy& tasty tender coconut (elaneer or karikku) pudding

Hi friends,
Today's my recipe is tender coconut (elaneer pudding).It is really easy to make and yummy.







SUMMARY:

  • Course .................dessert

  • Cooking time.......2minutes
  • Total time ...........12minutes+4hrs for set

INGREDIENTS:

  • Tender coconut pulp&water. ...2nos
  • Condensed milk........1tin (397g)
  • China grass ..............10g
  • Coconut thick milk...1cup

STEPS:

  1. Soak china grass in tender coconut water and stir in low flame until it is completely melt.
  2. Strain melted china grass in a bowl and allow to cool.
  3. Take a blender add coconut pulp and melted  china grass little by little and blend it along with coconut milk until smooth paste ( add each ingredients alternatively during blending).
  4. Now add condensed milk and blend it until mix properly.
  5. Transfer into a moulding bowl and cover it, then refrigerate it four hours for setting.
  6. Tasty coconut pudding is ready,Garnish with cherry or caramalised grated coconut.
  7. Enjoy!!!!!!
