Today's my recipe is tender coconut (elaneer pudding).It is really easy to make and yummy.

INGREDIENTS:
- Tender coconut pulp&water. ...2nos
- Condensed milk........1tin (397g)
- China grass ..............10g
- Coconut thick milk...1cup
STEPS:
- Soak china grass in tender coconut water and stir in low flame until it is completely melt.
- Strain melted china grass in a bowl and allow to cool.
- Take a blender add coconut pulp and melted china grass little by little and blend it along with coconut milk until smooth paste ( add each ingredients alternatively during blending).
- Now add condensed milk and blend it until mix properly.
- Transfer into a moulding bowl and cover it, then refrigerate it four hours for setting.
- Tasty coconut pudding is ready,Garnish with cherry or caramalised grated coconut.
