- Ripe banana(nendra pazham)2nos
- Coconut oil ..........for fry
FOR FILLING:
- Grated coconut......4tbsp
- Chopped cashew...8nos
- Raisins .................8nos
- Ghee ....................1tbsp
- Sugar ...................4tbsp
- Cardamom powder.1/4tsp
STEPS:
- Peel and thin slice the banana length wise (refer attached photo)and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan add cashew ,raisins, grated coconut, sugar and cardamom powder saute till they start to change the colour, remove from the fire and keep it aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan fry both side of banana slices until golden brown.
- Place each fried banana slices on a plate, sprinkle the filling on banana slices and roll it while it is warm.
- Yummy banana roll is ready......Enjoy.!!!!!
