INGREDIENTS:
- Egg.............................5nos
- Oil ..............................for fry
FOR BATTER:
- Besan flour/chick pea flour.1/2cup
- Rice flour............................1tbsp
- All purpose flour.................1tbsp
- Salt .....................................to taste
- Red chilly powder .............1/4tsp
- Turmeric powder................2pinch
- Baking powder....................1/4tsp
- Ginger garlic paste ..............1/2tsp
- Asafoetida/hing powder........a pinch
- Chopped cilantro .................1tbsp
- Chopped curry leaves .........1tbsp
- Water ....................................as required
STEPS:
- Hard boil the egg remove the shell and cut into half,keep aside.
- Make a smooth,thick batter with above mentioned batter ingredients.(with out any lumps).
- Heat oil in a wok and dip each slice in batter and deep fry it.
- Tasty egg bajji is ready! serve warm.
