INGREDIENTS:
- Rice powder...........1cup
- Egg ........................2 nos
- Salt..........................to taste
- Water ......................as required
- Ghee (oil)...............1tsp
FOR FILLING:
- Grated coconut........1cup
- Sugar........................4tbsp(as ur taste)
- Cardamom powder...1/2tsp
STEPS:
- In a bowl add grated coconut,sugar and cardamom powder mix well and kee aside.
- In another mixing bowl add rice powder,eggs and salt mix and add required water little by little then mix well you get a thin batter with out any lumps.
- Heat a dosa pan,apply little ghee and pour a ladleful of batter to the pan and swirl,then cook the pan cake on both sides until it is done.
- Repeat the process with remaining batter for more pan cake.
- Now place each pan cake on a plate,fill the coconut mixture and roll the pan cake.
- Delicious mutta palada is ready! Ejoy ......with tea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
