INGREDIENTS:
- Potato....................3nos
- Crushed shallots...15nos
- Crushed garlic cloves.2nos
- Chilly powder.........1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder....1/4tsp
- Salt ...........................taste
- Curry leaves..............2sprigs
- Coconut oil................3tbsps
STEPS:
- Peel the potatoes, wash well and cut into small pieces.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan add crushed shallots,garlic and curry leaves saute until translucent.
- Now add chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt stir till the raw smell goes then add potatoes and saute for 3to4 minutes.
- Then close the pan with lid and cook in low flame until it is done(stir occasionally).
- Open the lid and roast until light brown.
- Delicious potato mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve!
