INGREDIENTS
- Beef ... 1kg
- Onion....2nos
- Tomato....1no
- Green chilly ....2nos
- Ginger garlic paste...1tsp
- Shallots ..................10nos
- Fennel seed .........1/2tsp
- Pepper powder...1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder...1/2tsp
- Chilly powder....1/2tsp
- Coriander powder...11/2tsp
- Curry leaves.... few
- Salt... as required
- Coconut oil.....2tbsps
STEPS
- Clean and cut the beef into small pieces,wash well.
- Crush shallots,green chilly and fennel seeds.
- Marinate beef with all the ingredients except oil and pressure cook without water until the beef is done.
- When pressure is released open the lid and keep on fire until the gravy is thick.
- Sprinkle some curry leaves, pour coconut oil on top and mix well.
- Delicious dish is ready, serve hot.
