Beef varattiyathu








SUMMARY

 INGREDIENTS 

  • Beef ... 1kg
  • Onion....2nos
  • Tomato....1no
  • Green chilly ....2nos
  • Ginger garlic paste...1tsp
  • Shallots ..................10nos
  • Fennel seed .........1/2tsp
  •  Pepper powder...1/2 tsp
  •  Turmeric  powder...1/2tsp
  • Chilly powder....1/2tsp 
  • Coriander powder...11/2tsp
  • Curry leaves.... few
  • Salt... as required
  • Coconut oil.....2tbsps



 STEPS

  1.  Clean and cut the beef into small pieces,wash well.
  2. Crush shallots,green chilly and fennel seeds.
  3.  Marinate beef with all the ingredients except oil and pressure cook without water until the beef is done. 
  4. When pressure is released open the lid and keep on fire until the gravy is thick.
  5.  Sprinkle some curry leaves, pour coconut oil on top and mix well. 
  6. Delicious dish is ready, serve hot.
  7. Enjoy.....!!!
