INGREDIENTS
1kg Chicken
2nos Onion 2nos
Tomato 3nos
Green chilly
2tsps Gingergarlic paste
2 Curry leaves spring
1tsp Coriander powder
2 tsps Chilly powder
2tsps Fennel seed powder
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
4 tbsps Coconut oil
to taste Salt
Water as required
STEPS
- Clean and wash the chicken and cut into medium size pieces.
- Heat coconut oil in a clay pot,add sliced onion,sliced green chilly and curry leaves.
- When onion is turn golden brown add tomato,ginger garlic paste and salt. saute well until the oil is separates.
- Add chicken and all masala powders,stir for few minutes,now add sufficient water and mix well,cover with a lid and cook in low flame till the chicken is done.
- Finally add 1tbsp coconut oil and combine well.
- Serve hot with rice or pathiri. Enjoy !!!!!!
