INGREDIENTS
- Boneless chicken.......300grams
- Macaroni....................2cups
- Onion..........................2nos
- Green chilly ..............3nos
- Garam masala............1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder........1/2tsp
- Salt..............................to taste
- Carrot..........................1no
- Coriander.................... leaves few
- Curry leaves................1 spring
FOR EGG BATTER:
- Egg..............................6nos
- Milk............................1/2glass
- Pepper powder............1/2tsp
- Salt ..............................to taste
STEPS
- Clean and wash the chicken.
- Fry the chicken marinated with turmeric powder, salt and chilly powder.Just crush it in a blender,keep aside.
- Cook macaroni in boiling water by adding salt and oil, keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, saute onion,green chilly,and curry leaves.When onion is golden brown,add chicken,garam masala powder coriander leaves and grated carrot.Stir for 2 minutes switch off the flame.
- In a bowl beat eggs with salt ,pepper powder and milk. Then add macaroni and chicken mix.
- Take a nonstick pan grease with ghee , then pour the mixture and in to it,cover with a lid and cook in low flame for about 20 minutes.
- When it is done flip over and cook again for 5 minutes.
- now chicken macaroni cake is ready. Serve with tea or coffee.
