INGREDIENTS
- Boneless chicken.......250gram
- Egg ............................5nos
- Bread slices ................3
- Onion...........................2nos
- Green chilly..................2nos
- Curry leaves............... few
- Turmeric powder.........2 pinch
- Salt...............................to taste
- Pepper powder.............1/4tsp
STEPS
- Clean and wash the chicken.
- Cook the chicken with turmeric powder salt and pepper, just crush it in a blender,NOT to make it a paste keep aside.
- Saute onion, green chillies, and curry leaves , then add crushed chicken and cook 2 more minutes.
- Soak the bread slices in milk.
- Beat the eggs in a blender then add the soaked bread slices to it and just mix it.
- Transfer the egg batter in to a bowl, then add the chicken mix to it and mix well.
- Apply some ghee on all sides of a pan and pour the batter in to it and cook 15 minutes in sim, until its done.
- Turn the cake upside down and cook 5 more minutes.
- Enjoy the delicious cake with tea or coffee.
