INGREDIENTS
- Dry fish (sardine is better)......150 grams
- Red chilly powder...................1tsp
- Turmeric powder.....................1/2 tsp
- Tomato ......................................1big
- .Tamarind............................ lemon size
- Green chilly..............................3nos
- Curry leaves............................ few
FOR GRIND:
Coconut................1cup
Shallots................2nos
Cumin seed..........1/2tsp
STEPS
- soak tamarind with hot water for 5 minutes, then squeeze it.
- Take a clay pot pour tamarind juice then add cut tomato, green chillies, chilly powder,turmeric powder, salt and curry leaves.
- Heat this mixer for ten minutes, after ten minutes add cleaned dry fish then boiling few minutes, until fish is done.
- Add ground coconut, when it is start to boil , switch off the flame.
- Delicious dry fish curry is ready.
- Serve hot with rice.
