Dry fish curry without oil



SUMMARY

 INGREDIENTS

  •  Dry fish (sardine is better)......150 grams
  •  Red chilly powder...................1tsp
  •  Turmeric powder.....................1/2 tsp
  •  Tomato ......................................1big
  • .Tamarind............................ lemon size
  •  Green chilly..............................3nos
  •  Curry leaves............................ few


 FOR GRIND:

 Coconut................1cup
 Shallots................2nos
 Cumin seed..........1/2tsp

 STEPS

  1.  soak tamarind with hot water for 5 minutes, then squeeze it.
  2.  Take a clay pot pour tamarind juice then add cut tomato, green chillies, chilly powder,turmeric powder, salt and curry leaves.
  3.  Heat this mixer for ten minutes, after ten minutes add cleaned dry fish then boiling few minutes, until fish is done.
  4.  Add ground coconut, when it is start to boil , switch off the flame.
  5.  Delicious dry fish curry is ready.
  6.  Serve hot with rice.
