INGREDIENTS
- Hard boiled eggs......2nos
- Boiled potato large...2nos
- Onion........................2nos
- Green chilly..............3nos
- Chopped ginger.........1.5tsps
- Curry leaves............. few
- Turmeric powder.......1/2sp
- Salt............................to taste
- Chopped cilantro.......2tbsps
- Oil..............................3tbsps
- Beaten egg .................1no
- Bread crumbs..............3/4cup
STEPS
- mash the potato and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, ginger,green chilly,curry leaves and salt,then saute.
- When onion turns lightly brown, add turmeric powder and mashed potato, stir for 2 minutes, sprinkle chopped cilantro and switch off the flame.
- Cut the boiled eggs into 4 pieces in long and keep aside.
- Grease your palm and roll the potato mixture in to 8 medium sized balls.
- Flatten balls in your palm and place one piece egg in the center and shape into oval kebabs.
- Dip it in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry it until golden brown.
- Serve warm, enjoy!!!!!
