INGREDIENTS
- Chickpeas (Kabuli chenna)..2cups
- Parsley ................................1bunch
- Onion...................................1no
- Garlic cloves........................5nos
- Cumin powder......................1tsp
- Cinnamon powder.................1tsp
- Pepper powder......................1/2tsp
- Cayenne pepper.....................1/4tsp
- Breadcrumbs...........................2tbsp
- Salt..........................................to taste
- Coriander leaves.....................a hand full
- Sesame seeds...........................1tbsp
- Oil........................................... for deep fry
STEPS
- Wash and soak chickpeas for over night, drain them to a colander.
- Grind all the ingredients except oil and sesame seed until coarse mixture ( do not add water).
- Sprinkle sesame seed in to the mixture and combine well.
- Make ball, patties or your desired shape with the mixture and deep fry in the medium flame until golden brown.
- Serve hot with thahini sauce (refer my Thahini sauce recipe).
