simple and delicious rabbit varattiyathu



SUMMARY

INGREDIENTS

 1kg Rabbit meat 

For marination :

 3tsps Coriender powder
 1tsp  Black peppercorn 
1tsp  Cumin seed 
12nos  Shallot 
1 Ginger piece to taste Salt
 3 tbsps Coconut oil

STEPS 

1) Grind all the ingredients for marination in a blender. 
2)Then marinate the ground mix in the meat then keep aside for 15 minutes .
3) Add water just covering the meat ,then cook until the meat is done.
4) when it is boiled sim it.(rabbit meat usually take less time to get cooked).
5) Heat coconut oil in a pan sprinkle curry leaves and transfer the cooked meat to it.
6) Further cook it without lid in sim until oil is separated from the gravy.
7) Delicious dish is ready. Serve hot .
