INGREDIENTS:
- Brocolli.........1 medium size
- Onion............................1no
- Green chilly.................2nos
- Curry leaves.........2springs
- Grated Coconut.......1/4cup
- Turmeric powder.....2pinch
- Oil.........................11/2tbsp
- Salt........................to taste
STEPS:
- Wash and cut the Brocolli in to small florets.
- Heat oil in a pan,add sliced onion,green chilly and curry leaves, then saut it.
- When onion is golden brown add Brocolli,salt and turmeric powder.
- Cover th pan and cook in sim until it is done, stir often to avoid burn.
- When Brocolli is cooked,add grated coconut and stir well for two minutes.
- Serve with rice or chapati.
