INGREDIENTS:
- Muringa ela (drum stick leaves)......2 cup
- Egg ..................................................2 nos
- Shallots.............................................12 nos
- Turmeric ...........................................1 pinch
- Green chilly ......................................2 nos
- Curry leaves ......................................1 spring
- Salt ....................................................as requiered
- Oil .....................................................1 tbsp
STEPS:
- Pluck each leaves from stem and remove the yellow leaves.
- Wash the leaves well and drain it using a colander.
- Heat oil in a pan add shallots,green chillies,and curry leaves, saute it a minute.
- Then add drum stick leaves,salt and a pinch of turmeric powder, keep stirring.
- When it is half cook add eggs and stir well for 3 minutes.
- Now thoran is ready.Enjoy with rice.
