- String beans.......1/2kg
- Green chilly.......3nos
- Salt....................to taste
- Water.................as required
SEASONING:
- Coconut oil.......11/2tbsp
- Shallots.............6nos
- Curry leaves.....2strings
STEPS:
- Wash the string beans and cut into 1/2 inch length.
- Cook string beans along with salt, green chilly and little water.
- Heat oil in a pan saute chopped shallots and curry leaves, then add into the cooked beans and mix well.
- Serve with rice.
