Brinjal potato sabji






SUMMARY:

INGREDIENTS:

  • Potato ...................2nos
  • Brinjal long ..........5nos
  • Besan.....................4tbsp
  • Grated coconut .....4tbsp
  • Cumin powder ......1/4tsp
  • Chilly powder.........1/2tsp
  • Turmeric powder....1/4tsp
  • Garam masala ........1/2tsp
  • Sugar .......................1/2tsp
  • Sesame seed.............1/2tsp
  • Mustard seed............1/2tsp
  • Cumin seed ..............1/2tsp
  • Chopped cilantro.......2tbsp
  • Salt ............................to taste
  • Oil .............................2tbsp

STEPS:

  1. Heat oil in a vessal, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, when it is crackled add sesame seeds, grated coconut, potato and brinjal, fry for couple of minutes.
  2. Then add besan and all masala powders, saute for few minutes.
  3. Now add 1/2 cup of water, mix well and  cover the pan with a lid,cook until it is done.
  4. When it is done add sugar and chopped cilantro combine well.
  5. Sabji is ready, serve warm with chappati.
