INGREDIENTS:
- Potato ...................2nos

- Besan.....................4tbsp
- Grated coconut .....4tbsp
- Cumin powder ......1/4tsp
- Chilly powder.........1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder....1/4tsp
- Garam masala ........1/2tsp
- Sugar .......................1/2tsp
- Sesame seed.............1/2tsp
- Mustard seed............1/2tsp
- Cumin seed ..............1/2tsp
- Chopped cilantro.......2tbsp
- Salt ............................to taste
- Oil .............................2tbsp
STEPS:
- Heat oil in a vessal, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, when it is crackled add sesame seeds, grated coconut, potato and brinjal, fry for couple of minutes.
- Then add besan and all masala powders, saute for few minutes.
- Now add 1/2 cup of water, mix well and cover the pan with a lid,cook until it is done.
- When it is done add sugar and chopped cilantro combine well.
- Sabji is ready, serve warm with chappati.
