Today's recipe is a Japanese delicacy, chicken tempura.It is very tasty and really easy to make.

FOR MARINATION:
- Soy sauce.............1tsp
- Sugar ...................1/2tsp
- White pepper........1/2tsp
- Salt ......................to taste
- All purpose flour..1/2cup
- Corn flour ............1/2cup
- Baking soda .........3/4tsp
- Egg ......................1no
- Vinegar ................11/4tbsp
- Salt .......................to taste
- Cold water.............as required
STEPS:
- Cut the chicken in to thin long stripes and wash well, pat dry with kitchen paper towel.
- Marinate the chicken stripes with above mentioned ingredients, keep aside for at least 30 minutes.
- Take a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, corn flour, egg and salt
- take vinegar in a small bowl and add baking soda in to it ( be careful when adding baking soda in to vinegar, it may boil slightly).
- Add both the mixture together with required water for thick batter and mix well ( mix slowly to avoid become lumps).
- Heat oil in a wok, dip the marinates chicken stripes in the batter and deep fry it until golden brown in medium flame.
- Chicken tempura is ready, serve warm with your favourite sauce.......Enjoy!!!!!!
