Today's my recipe is Semiya payasam, it is very simple and yummy.

INGREDIENTS:
- Roasted vermicelli..1cup
- Milk ........................5cup
- Condensed milk ......1/2cup
- Sago ........................11/2tbsp
- Sugar ...........as per your taste
- Ghee.........................11/2tbsp
- Raisins......................15nos
- Cashew (halves).......15nos
- Cardamom powder....1/2tsp
- Salt...........................a pinch
STEPS:
- Wash and soak sago in water, keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan, fry cashew and raisins separately till golden brown, set aside for garnishing.
- In the same pan add milk, when it is start to boil, add soaked sago, keep stirring, add roasted vermicelli and cook 5 minutes, then add condensed milk, sugar and salt, cook until sugar is melted.
- Switch off the flame, add cardamom powder and combine well, then garnish with roasted nuts.
- Semiya payasam is ready, serve with warm or chilled...........Enjoy!!!!!!!
