Today's my recipe is kay pola, it is a malabar ifthar snack, it is easy to make and very delicious.

Today's my recipe is kay pola, it is a malabar ifthar snack, it is easy to make and very delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
- Ripe banana(nendra pazham).2mediumsize
- Egg ........................................3 large
- Sugar .....................................4tbsp
- Cardamom powder ................1/2tsp
- Cashew nut ............................8nos
- Raisin .....................................10nos
- Ghee .......................................1tbsp
- Coconut oil or Ghee................as required
STEPS:
- Peel the bananas and cut into small cubes and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan,fry cashew and raisins separately and keep aside .In the same oil fry banana cubes until golden brown,drain out excess oil and allow to cool.
- Whisk eggs along with sugar and cardamom powder.
- Add fried banana cubes into the egg mixture and combine well.
- Take a deep thick bottom non stick vessel,grease with ghee and heat it,pour egg banana mixture into it and cover with a lid,cook in low flame for 15 minutes.
- Open the lid after 5 minutes then add fried cashew and raisins,cover again and cook until it is done, when it is cook, flip over and cook for 5 minutes (also you can bake instead of this mathed)
- Switch off the flame, Kay pola is ready, serve with warm........!!!!!!!
