INGREDIENTS:
- Egg ..........................4nos
- Chopped shallots .....10nos
- Chopped tomato.........2nos
- Sliced green chilly......2nos
- Curry leaves ..............2sprigs
- Coconut oil ................2tbsp
- Water .........................as required
- Salt ............................to taste
FOR GRINDING:
- Grated coconut ........1cup
- Coriander powder.....1tbsp
- Chilly powder ..........1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder .....1/4tsp
- Fennel seed ..............1/2tsp
- Shallots ....................3nos
- Curry leaves ............1sprig
STEPS:
- Make a smooth paste with all grinding ingredients.
- Heat oil in a vessel add chopped shallots,chopped green chilly and curry leaves stir for couple of minutes.
- When shallots is golden brown add chopped tomato and salt, saute until tomato is done.Then add ground coconut paste, stir till its row smell is gone.
- Then add water (as your consistancy)stir well .
- When it is boil, crack eggs and pour it into curry, then cover the vessel and cook in low flame for 2minutes then stir and cook until it is done.
- Tasty mutta curry is ready,enjoy with nice pathiri,chappati or appam.....!!!!!!!
