Egg(mutta) chutney kebab

Hi friends,
Today's my recipe is egg chutney kebab.A simple and easy recipe and great snack  for Ifthar.Please try and feed back





SUMMARY:

  • Total time.................30minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • Egg ..........................4no
  • Oil ............................for fry
  • FOR CHUTNEY:
  • Grated coconut    .......1cup
  • Green chilly.................2nos
  • Shallots .......................4nos
  • Ginger ..........................1piece
  • Cilantro  ........................a handful
  • Lemon juice or tamarind.2tbsp
  • Salt .................................to taste
  • Curry leaves....................1string

FOR BATTER:

  • Gram flour......................1/2cup
  • Chilly powder.....................1/4tsp
  • Garam masala .....................1/4tsp
  • Salt ......................................1pinch
  • Turmeric powder...................1/4tsp
  • Water ....................................as required

STEPS:
  1. Hard boil the eggs,remove the shell, cut into half and remove the yolk,smash it, keep aside.
  2.  Make chutney with above mentioned ingredients then add smashed egg yolk into it and combine well.
  3.  Cover each  egg  pieces over  the cut surface with coconut chutney.
  4.  Make a  batter with the above mentioned ingredients.
  5.  Dip the filled egg halves in the batter and deep fry it.
  6.  Serve hot with tea or coffee. Enjoy!!!!!!!!
