INGREDIENTS:
- Lamb brain................2nos
- Chopped shallots.......20nos
- Chopped ginger.........2tbsp
- Chopped curry leaves.3tbsp
- Rice powder..............2to 3tbsp
- Egg ...........................1no
- Salt ...........................to taste
- Oil..............................for fry
FOR GRINDING:
- Coriander seeds........1tsp
- Turmeric powder......1/4tsp
- Pepper powder..........1/2tsp
- Cumin seeds..............1/2tsp
- Shallots......................2nos
- Curry leaves..............1sprig
STEPS:
- Clean and wash the brain and drain it.
- Make a thick paste all the above mentioned ingredients,keep aside.
- In a bowl add brain,chopped shallots,chopped ginger,chopped curry leaves,rice powder,egg,salt and ground paste then squeeze with hands and mix well.(batter should be thick)
- Heat oil in a wok,pour 1tbsp batter into it and deep fry until golden brown.
- Delicious brain vada is ready!serve warm and Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
