ബാക്കി വന്ന ചോറ് കൊണ്ട് ഏളുപ്പത്തിലുണ്ടാക്കാവുന്ന സ്വാദൂറും പത്തിരി

INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked rice(ചോറ് ).2cups
- Rice flour(പത്തിരി പൊടി)11/4cups
- Coconut milk/water.1/2cup
- Salt .........................to taste
STEPS:
- Grind cooked rice along with salt and coconut milk/water until smooth paste.
- In a mixing bowl add ground rice paste then add rice flour little by little and make a soft dough,knead it well with ur hands.
- Make small balls from the kneaded dough and roll the balls(using rice flour) to get thin round shape .You can use chappati press to roll the pathiri. (refer my nice pathiri post)
- Heat a pan(pathiri tawa) on medium flame and cook pathiri both sides until it is puffs and done.
- Delicious pathiri is ready!serve with veg or non veg curry.

NOTE:U can use water instead of coconut milk.
