INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Thahini (sesame seed paste)
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsps Lemon juice
- 3 tbsps Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Warm water
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbspn Chopped parsley
- 2 pinchs Cayenne pepper
STEPS
- Grind all the ingredients except cayenne pepper and parsley.
- Transfer in to a bowl and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and parsley.
- Can be served with Falafel as dipping sauce ( refer my Falafel recipe).
