Today's recipe is a healthy curry, spinach sambar. it is tasty and easy to make.

Grated coconut ......1/2 cup
Sambar powder.........2 tbsp
FOR SEASONING:
Ghee ......................1 tbsp
Coconut oil ............1/2 tsp
Mustard .................1/2 tsp

Red chilly ..............2 nos
Curry leaves ..........2 sprigs

STEPS;
- Wash the spinach under running water, drain and chop it.
- Pressure cook toor dal along with shallots,chopped spinach stem, sliced tomato and turmeric powder.
- When it is done smashed well,add chopped spinach and salt then cook for few minutes.
- Make a smooth paste with grinding ingredients.
- Then add ground coconut paste ino sambr, off the flame just before it starts to boil.
- Seasoning it with above mentioned ingredients.
- Enjoy.....curry with rice and papad .
