INGREDIENTS:
- Cauliflower........1medium

- Chopped ginger..1/2tbsp

- Chopped spring onion.11/2tbsp
- Green chilly..........2nos
- Soy sauce ..........11/2tbsp
- Tomato ketch up..11/2tbsp
- Red chilly sauce...11/2tbsp
- Vinegar ................1/4tsp
- Pepper powder .....3/4tsp
- Sugar ....................3/4tsp
- Salt .......................to taste
- Oil ........................for frying
FOR BATTER:
- All purpose flour...2tbsp
- Corn flour..............3tbsp
- Pepper powder.......1/2tsp
- Salt .........................to taste
- Water ......................as required
STEPS:
- Boil the cauliflower florets in water along with salt for 2 minutes and drain the water completely,keep aside.
- Make a thick batter with above mentioned ingredients,dip florets into batter and deep fry them.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add gainer,garlic,spring onion,onion and green chilly,Saute it for couple of minutes.
- Then add remaining ingredients (soy sauce to salt)stir few second.
- Now add fried florets and combine well,make sure sauces are evenly coated florets, switch off the flame.
- Transfer chili gobi in a serving dish sprinkle 1/2tsp white sesame seeds.
- Serve with fried rice,Enjoy the delicious dish......!!!!!!
