INGREDIENTS:
- Egg......................3nos
- Onion...................4nos
- Tomato.................1small
- Chopped ginger.....1tsp
- Chopped garlic......1tsp
- Green chilly.......... 2nos
- Curry leaves.........2sprigs
- Oil.....................3 or 4tbsp
- Coriander powder...1tbsp
- Kashmir chilly powder..1tbsp
- Garam masala.........1/4tsp
- Thick coconut milk..1cup
STEPS:
- Hard boil the egg, remove the shell and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, green chilly, sliced onion and curry leaves, saute it for few minutes.
- When onion is golden brown add tomato and salt, stir well and close the pan with lid.
- When tomato is cooked well, smash it and add coriander powder, kashmir chilly powder and garam masala, then stir well until its row smells goes away.
- Now add coconut milk and combine it, switch off the flame before start to boil.
- Add boiled egg and sprinkle curry leaves......serve with appam, porata or string hoppers.
