French crepe

Hi,
Today's my recipe is French crepe, normally it is served with maple syrup, old fashion syrup or strawberry syrup etc...Please try and feedback us..




SUMMARY:
  • Course:.................Breakfast

  • Preparation time...10minutes
  • Cooking time........10minutes
  • Total time..............20minutes
INGREDIENTS:
  • Eggs.......................2large 
  • All purpose flour.....1cup
  • Milk.........................1cup
  • Sugar.....................2tbsps
  • Melted butter.........2tbsps
  • Vanilla extract.........1/4tsp
  • Salt ........................to taste
STEPS:

  1. In a bowl add cracked eggs and beat well.
  2. Now add 1/2 cup of  milk and beat for few seconds.
  3. Then add flour,salt,butter,sugar and vanilla extract, combine well.
  4. Once all ingredients are mixed well add remaining milk and beat until it become foamy.
  5. Heat a skillet and grease with butter, pour a scoop of batter into the skillet and swirl the batter with moving your skillet, wait for until one side is done(golden brown).
  6. Then carefully flip over the crepe to the other side and wait until it is done, transfer into a serving dish.
  7. French crepe is ready......Enjoy with maple syrup....!!!!!!
