Today's my recipe is French crepe, normally it is served with maple syrup, old fashion syrup or strawberry syrup etc...Please try and feedback us..

- Eggs.......................2large
- All purpose flour.....1cup
- Milk.........................1cup
- Sugar.....................2tbsps
- Melted butter.........2tbsps
- Vanilla extract.........1/4tsp
- Salt ........................to taste
- In a bowl add cracked eggs and beat well.
- Now add 1/2 cup of milk and beat for few seconds.
- Then add flour,salt,butter,sugar and vanilla extract, combine well.
- Once all ingredients are mixed well add remaining milk and beat until it become foamy.
- Heat a skillet and grease with butter, pour a scoop of batter into the skillet and swirl the batter with moving your skillet, wait for until one side is done(golden brown).
- Then carefully flip over the crepe to the other side and wait until it is done, transfer into a serving dish.
- French crepe is ready......Enjoy with maple syrup....!!!!!!
