INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton .......................1/2kg
- Chilly powder...............1/4tsp
- Turmeric powder...........1/4tsp
- Pepper powder ................1/4tsp
- Garam masala powder....1/4tsp
- Onion ..........................2nos
- Coconut oil...................2tbsp
- Boiled potato ...............2nos big
- Chopped green chilly....2 or 3nos
- Chopped ginger.............1tbsp
- Curry leaves...................2spring
- Chopped cilantro............3tbsp
- Salt .................................to taste
- Egg white .......................2nos
- Bread crumbs ..................as required
- Oil ....................................for frying
STEPS:
- Cut the mutton into small pieces,wash well and drain it.
- Pressure cook the mutton along with chilly powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder,garam masala and salt (without water).
- When it is done,allow to cool then crush it and keep aside.
- Smash the boiled potato and keep aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan add ginger,green chilly,onion and curry leaves saute for until onion is lightly brown.
- Now add crushed mutton and fry for 3minutes.
- Then add smashed potato and chopped cilantro saute until them dry and let it cool.
- In a bowl whisk egg white, take bread crumbs in a plate and keep aside.
- Make a lemon size ball from the mutton mixture and flatten it round shape or desired shape, then egg wash the cutlet and roll it in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the cutlets.
- Cutlet is ready to serve........Enjoy!!!!!!!
