INGREDIENTS:
- Split green gram(cherupayar parippu).1/4cup
- jeeraka sala rice.....................1/4cup
- Thick coconut milk................1cup
- Thin coconut milk(randam paal).2cup
- Water .........................................as required
- Salt ............................................to taste
STEPS:
- Heat in a pan add split green gram(cheru payar parippu) dry roast them until golden brown.Then wash it.
- Take a vessel, add washed rice split green gram, thin milk and required water, then cover the vessal and cook until it is done.
- Once it is cook, add thick milk and salt,combine well.
- Payar kanji is ready.....Enjoy warm!!!!!!!!
